Vil blot høre om der er nogle der har trukket penge ud fra mansion.

Jeg oplever mindre problemer med processen med at få godkendt mine oplysninger.

Håber på svar, specielt hvis andre har oplevet problemer eller har fået trukket penge ud.

ja, de bedte mig først om at skulle sende et ID til dem.. Done.. så kunne jeg trække ud fra neteller, så gik der en uge eller ligende, så kunne jeg ikke trække ud igen. Så skulle jeg sende front and back af mit visa... nice!

Thank you for your email regarding ID documentation.



In order to withdraw funds from your MANSION account, we require verification of your identity by the following:



1. Photographic identification, such as a copy of your current passport, photo drivers licence or government ID card.



2. A copy of the front and back of any credit/debit card which you have used to deposit funds.



When sending your ID to MANSION, please make sure that your photograph and signature are clearly visible.



Once we have received these documents, we will confirm this via e-mail. Please note: you will only be required to send these once, not every time you wish to withdraw.
