Under status står der "Held", hvad betyder dette?

Det er meget normalt. Send de påkrævede oplysninger og dit withdrawal går igennem.

Helt std at skulle indsende id - men det er imo også alt alt for dårlig kundeservice at man selv skal henvende sig for at få besked på det

Jeg har altid fået mail af WebDollar når jeg skulle sende noget ind, fx efter en withdrawel. Måske har deres første mai lagt inde i spam afdelingen? Super std
