Måske mig der bare ikke var særlig opmærksom over dette på Stars men kvallede mig via FPP til en kontant satellit-turnering men kunne ikke rebuy'e som øvrige spillere. Stor frustration over dette i selve spillet men forklaringen kommer her.

After reviewing the tournament, I can see that it was in Euros. As such, your account is only configured for USD, not Euros. This means that when you attempted a rebuy, there was no euro account set up and our software did not know where to grab the funds from. The only way that you could enter that tournament is because you satellited your way in through FPPs.

As such, I have credited your account with the equivalent of $22 Euros, in USD, which currently is $31.73 USD. That amount is now available for you to use.

For the future, I have now added a euro currency to your account so that you can play in tournaments with Euro buy-ins. However, you will need to ensure that you have funds in the Euro account. If you want to transfer some USD to Euros, simply go to the cashier and click on "Euro" --> "Convert other funds to EUR". This will then place money in your euro account from USD.
