pokerstars crasher ved første hånd i et spil!

Jeg kan ikke se, hvad fejlen er pt.

Man såfremt man sætter sig ved et bord, crasher systemet under første hånd,
og PokerStars gui vises i et vindue. Dernæst dør softwaren.

Har skrevet til deres support, men pt. intet svar fra dem.

Kan nok ikke hjælpe, men hvis nogen anden skal have en chance for at svare skal du oplyse styresystem, om du har andre programmer igang, og om du har brugt PokerStars tidligere uden lign. problemer.

The problem report you have provided indicate there is a problem with corrupted memory or possibly a corrupted hard drive. Fortunately there are few simple steps that can be taken to resolve this particular problem.

Next, please run the Scan Disk utility by opening a Command Prompt or DOS prompt. To do this, you will first need to run the command prompt in Administrator mode:

It is possible that the problem is related to spyware or adware, third party software that secretly installs itself on your PC. We recommend the following scans be used to ensure your system is clean.

Once you have performed the suggested scans above please uninstall PokerStars from your system and reinstall.

You may wish to back up "user.ini", "notes.xml" and "notes.user.xml" (where 'user' is your user ID) from the PokerStars directory. The easiest way to back up these files is to open the software and click on "Help" -> "Open My Settings Folder". Then locate those two files and copy them to a safe temporary location. Then uninstall PokerStars.

Go to Control Panel -> Programs -> Uninstall a Program. Once there, uninstall all PokerStars items.

After you have uninstalled it, restart your computer once the software has been removed. When the computer has restarted, download and install a fresh copy of the software from our website:

Be sure to restore the two saved files once reinstalled, to do this please go to the 'Help' menu and then back to 'Open My Settings Folder'. Then close PokerStars and copy the files back into the folder. If you are asked to overwrite any files accept. You should then have no additional problems.

Ccleaner og malwarebytes er nok de mest værdifulde programmer du kan have på din computer. Så skaf dem uanset.

Ok, jeg har fremsendt mine fejl godt dokumenteret og vedlagt skærmdumps.

Brugt den danske support. Sidst jeg var på, lå der en softwareupdate, problemet løst!

Mit virker igen også efter stars kom med ny update.
