For få fisk.

Jeg syntes det har knebet lidt med at finde fisk nok i mit spil (PLO). Hvis der er andre der syntes der ikke er så mange store fisk for tiden, kunne nedenstående indlæg, sakset fra 2+2, måske være en del af forklaringen.

I first started loading online poker sites using my Visa card before getting a Neteller account. The other day I went to load some funds to Neteller only to find my credit card company has changed their policy and no longer allows transactions with Neteller. So I went back to funding straight from my Visa and it was blocked as well. I tried my Mastercard, which I had also used before, and again "blocked from e-gaming sites" was the response.

This now leaves me with virtually no way to deposit money to any poker site, short of an international electronic funds transfer, which I"d rather not go into my bank and explain.

Anyone else notice this recently? By the way, I"m UK based.

In the UK, we just don"t know how fortunate we really are concerning policies regarding online gaming transactions. In the UK, it is a risk management decision to allow/deny such transactions, whereas in USA it is pretty much a legal conflict as to whether such transactions are allowed.

As a whole you will find most UK credit card companies do not block gaming transactions, and those that do are likely to be the ones that have the lowest APR"s...reason being that there is an awful lot of fraud associated with online gaming and to offer better rates to customers as a whole they take this stance.

If your cc has stopped working just apply for another card, there are many out there that do allow gaming transactions... ignore the APR and transfer the balance to the account where you have the best rates.

Cards that I possess that allow gaming transactions are:

Halifax VISA
Virgin MasterCard
Lloyds Tsb VISA debit
cahoot VISA

Neteller har den sidste uges tid haft problemer med deres VISA clearing, således er alle VISA kort blevet denied, inklusive mit. Problemet blev løst i fredags, så jeg tvivler på det er grunden.
