card rooms in Copenhagen

#1| 0

I am an American living in Copenhagen and think that it is strange that in a town full of poker players, there are no places to play live poker. The only place to play is Casino Copenhagen and their lousy two tables and 95kr. entry fee AND i gotta wear a jacket?? Are there any other places to play aside from the internet? It would be niced to have a more relaxed environment with a more wide variety of tables. Please let me know if there are other places to play. Thanks!

Take the train to Malmo and go to Casino Cosmopol!

They have 20/20 SEK 50/50 SEK cashgames running almost every day. They offer NLHE, PLO, 7STUD. They also offer a variety of MTTs with BIs from 500 SEK. The weekends are especially juicy! The entrance fee is only 30 SEK and you dont have to wear a jacket! And you DONT have to tip the dealers!

If you don't mind travelling a little to come to the place then Casino Marienlyst could be a good idea. There is both tourneys and cashgames and all in all it is a much cheaper experience than going to Casino Copenhagen.
