24hpoker problem

Hej. Jeg har lige oprettet en bruger og dl 24hpoker - har dog et problem.

Kan ikke logge ind, jeg får bare denne frem i pokerklienten:;



Der kommer ikke noget vindue op - har prøvet at logge ind på hjemmesiden mens jeg har pokerklienten åben, dette hjælper dog heller ikke.

Andre der har haft samme problem?

Nej det vil jeg ikke mene - så plejer der at komme sådan en bjælke i toppen af firefox.
Har ingen problemer med andre sites hvor den skal åbne noget i browser gennem klient.

Can you please try if a re-installation of the poker client helps?

If not, our support would need the following information from you to be able to investigate in this issue further:

Username:
Operating System:
Service Pack (if applicable):
Machine configuration (memory, CPU):
Graphics card:
Firewall (Yes(if so, what type)/No):
Dynamic or static IP-address:
IP-address ( www.whatismyip.com):
Internet Service Provider (ISP):
Connection (Wireless or Cable):
Time of the problem:
Is this a one time thing or repeating:
Anti-virus software:
Error description:
Screenshot (if applicable)
In addition, we will also need “pokerclient.log” file which the customer can get following the link: download.b2bpoker.com/client/pokerclientDiag.html

You need to “Save Report” as 'pokerclient.log' and then send it as an attachment.

Send this info to [email protected] and they will help you in case the re-installation of the poker client didn't help.

Så fandt jeg sgu ud af det - en smule nemmer løsning end den supporten kom med.

Jeg lukkede bare min browser ned (firefox) - derefter åbnede jeg pokerklienten - og så ville den gerne åbne et nyt browser vindue med nemid.

I'm happy you sorted the issue so easily. I will inform our support of how you solved it.

I know that its not so much fun to get a reply of a lot of question but our support needs that info to start a proper investigation instead of coming back to you and ask them one at a time and waste time for you.
