Nordic & Baltic 100k freeroll

Nu Har jeg læst om denne freeroll i et stykke tid.
Jeg kan se at over 300 er regget til freeroll A.
Jeg ved at jeg har laver langt over 300VPPs siden d. 7 dec, men jeg kan stadig ikk regge.

Nogen der ved om man skal kontakte support eller hvad der sker?

Jeg har samme problem: jeg fik dette svar men skriv gerne selv til dem. Først fik jeg at vide at jeg ikke kunne spille mere end en af dem men det var ikke som jeg havde forstået det og derfor bad dem revurdere deres svar:

Let us hope that we can clear the confusion surrounding this promotion. You
are welcome to play in all five of 'Nordic & Baltic $100k Freeroll -
Qualifier' tournaments. Each of these tournaments requires a different
amount of VPPs earned to gain the ticket necessary for entry. The VPPs
required to enter these tournaments are as follows:

Tournaemnt VPPs required
Qualifier A 1 to 30
Qualifier B 31-100
Qualifier C 101-300
Qualifier D 301-1000
Qualifier E 1001+

If you were to earn 1001+ VPPs over the period December 7 - 27 you would
receive 5 tickets in total allowing you to play in all 5 qualifiers. These
tickets are not automatically granted to your account but rather granted in
batches throughout the promotion. You can be assured that all tickets will
be issued with ample time before the beginning of the qualifiers on December
29th.

On December 7th when this promotion began you had already earned 293.57 VPPs
for the month of December. At this time you have earned 600.57 VPPs for the
month of December. Thus you have so far earned 307 VPPs during the promotion
period. You can check this total by opening the cashier and selecting "VIP
Status".

Take note that as a consequence of these tickets being manually credited
there will be some delay from earning the required number of VPP and
receiving the ticket.

As per the terms of the promotion, the qualifying period ends on December
27th, and you will receive your ticket(s) on or before December 28th, well
ahead of the tournaments which will take place on December 29th.

Depending on the number of VPPs you earn in the period from December 7th
through 27th, you may receive multiple tickets:

1+ VPP - ticket to Qualifier A, which will start on December 29th at 12noon
ET (18:00 CET)
31+ VPP - ticket to Qualifier B, which will start on December 29th at 1pm ET
(19:00 CET)
101+ VPP - ticket to Qualifier C, which will start on December 29th at 2pm
ET (20:00 CET)
301+ VPP - ticket to Qualifier D, which will start on December 29th at
2:30pm ET (20:30 CET)
1001+ VPP - ticket to Qualifier E, which will start on December 29th at 3pm
ET (21:00 CET)

These tournaments can be found under "Tourney" -> "Regional", and you may
wish to type 'nordic & baltic' into the text field of the "Tourney
Filter..." with all options enabled, to easily find them.

The top 27 players from each Qualifier will receive entry into the Nordic &
Baltic $100k Freeroll which takes place on December 30th at 2pm ET (20:00
CET), with each player in the final receiving AT LEAST $125! If you wish to
see the full payout structure, you can do so by visiting the Tournament
Lobby of Tournament 219543268.

If you wish at any time to review your tickets, you can do so by going to
"Requests" -> "Tournament Tickets".
